At meia.dúzia®, we strive to ensure the highest quality for our artisanal fruit jams and gourmet products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure the products are in their original packaging and securely sealed to prevent damage to the glass tubes or jars during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Send the package to our logistics center using a tracked shipping service; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once we receive and inspect the returned goods to ensure they are unopened and undamaged, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
